Attorney Claypool Advocate for Victims of a Santa Monica Police Employee
Attorney Brian Claypool has represented more than 80 victims of Eric Uller, the Santa Monica police employee who sexually abused more than 200 children. Claypool has been instrumental in holding the city accountable for failing to protect its children and advocating for justice for Uller’s victims. The recent landmark settlement is a significant step towards justice for the victims and will hopefully lead to systemic changes to prevent this from happening in the future.
